Authentic Homemade South Indian Pressure Cooker Mutton Biryani in 3 simple steps😋
Ingredients : 2 cups of soaked rice, red chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, spices like cardamom and cinnamon, garam masala powder and biryani masala.
• Marinate cleaned mutton pieces by adding chilly powder and salt for 15 mins
• To Grind - 1 big size onion, 1 tomato, 4 red chillies, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic, garam masala, coriander powder and little water
**Recipe**
Step 1 : Take the cooker and lit the stove, place it in low flame. Add 4 tsp of oil, 1 big size chopped onion. Deep fry until the onion turns golden brown, add spices (pulao leaf, cardamom and cinnamon)
Step 2 : Add marinated mutton pieces and stir it well for 5 mins adding pinch of salt, sufficient water, add grinded paste and biryani masala.
**Close the lid and pressure cook until 5 whistle**
Step 3 : Open the lid gently add in soaked rice and close the lid, keep it for 5 mins & give the final touch by adding coriander leaves.
**Pressure Cooker Biryani is Ready😋😋😋**
Raita/ Curd (Sides): 5 cups of curd, chopped green chillies, chopped tomatoes and onions, cashews, coriander leaves, salt - Add in all these ingredients and stir it well and the raita is ready to serve
Serve Biryani with raita and salads to complete the meal!!
