The regulations specify the rights and responsibilities of the registered members of flyzie.com.
The primary purposes of the website are finding friends and businesses, sharing tips and deals such as: TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION, CAR RENTAL, ATTRACTION, FOOD / DRINK, DINING, CLUBBING, MONEY SAVING, SHOPPING, EVENT, DATING, TV, MUSIC, BOOK, FISHING, GAMBLING, HEALTH, PARENTAL, BEAUTY, GYM / FITNESS, TATTOO, ART / CRAFT, HOUSE MOVING, JOB SEARCH. Also to make an awareness of Bees being endangered and saving them by creating a SAVE THE BEES CAMPAIGN.
DEFINITIONS
Flyzie.com - social networking website / world explorer (search engine that allows Users to find friends, businesses, tips and deals)
Bee (person) - the person who signed up the account as a "Bee" - person who is creating a profile and is interested in sharing tips with other Flyzie.com members or users visiting our service
Beesness (business) - the owner or authorised person who signed up as "Beesness" which is creating a profile and is interested to promote their business by sharing business deals with other Flyzie.com members or users visiting our service
Member Account - is available after logging in (providing nickname, business name, business type, an email address and a password, date of birth, gender, country and city), in which every signed up user of flyzie.com may enter and modify information, description, pictures and other elements related with registering at the website. The user has full right to delete his account at any time.
User - a person or the owner or authorised person who is visiting (reading) content of Flyzie.com without registering or logging in at the website.
Authorised person - a person who has full consent from the business owner to set up and look after their profile.
Premium Account - service available for businesses which after having paid a given charge acquire for a limited period status of the Premium Account Holder. This service allows the Businesses to use a series of additional functionalities such as: adding deals and sharing them with others, profile to have status 'Sponsored' in our search engine, sending messages to flyzie.com members (Bees)
The hive - place where "Bees"can view or share their own tips and "Beesnesses" can view or share their own deals with other Users. Bees can add comments, send honey for tips and deals or search for "Bees" and "Beesnesses" and make new friends or contacts
Profile - a place at www.flyzie.com, where information containing pictures, descriptions and other data entered by the members is published.
Main photo / Avatar - picture choosen by a member which appear as a main photo in the members profile
Login - email and password provided during the registration process at flyzie.com.
Ban - an access blockade for the member, who broke the terms of the regulations.
Tip - tip could be a recommendation, review, suggestion, advice, recipe, prediction or a hack.
Deal - deal could be an offer (or what your business offers), sale, promotion or a discount.
GENERAL TERMS
1.The Members (Bees and Beesnesses) can:
a. change their data/pictures etc. via the option of "Profile settings"
b. change password and delete the account via "Profile settings" option.
2. The Members cannot:
a. use vulgarisms and phrases, which may in any way offend other persons' dignity,
b. offend other people,
c. post erotic materials in any form,
d. racist, sexist, homophobic, hooliganism abuse towards members,
e. use inappropriate, illegal pictures or videos.
REGISTRATION
1. A member must be at least 18 years old to be able to register on flyzie.com.
2. A member with one login (email) may register only once. To register again member must use another email and login details.
3. The website member may be any physical person, who after accepting the stipulations of the regulations, completes the registration procedure within the website and effectively creates an account.
4. The member is obliged to provide true information. Identification of incorrect data will result in deleting the account. Any spam that will be sent by member through messages, news feeds, comments will be deleted. Pictures with logo of other website will be deleted too.
5. The member is obliged to update the information provided in the registration form each time it is changed. This option is located under the "Profile settings".
6. The member agrees to the website's administrator showing the information provided in the profile as well as the pictures sent to the website in order to be published through presenting them in the website.
7. During the registration, member agrees to publishing the profile by the administrator, which means, that an unlimited number of members will have access to the provided data. The above does not apply to the following information: email, passwords to the account.
8. By completing the registration procedure in the website and effectively creating an account, the member ensures and states, that he/she has familiarized himself/herself and agrees to the contents of the whole regulations.
9. The member agrees for his/her information, including the email address and password, to be given to entities cooperating with flyzie.com in order to enable purchasing access to a Premium account.
MEMBERS ACCOUNT
1. An account can be registered by Member.
2. Every newly created account needs to be activated, which is based on receiving a message sent to the email address of the member and proceeding according to the instructions contained in it.
3. Creating members account is absolutely free as well as: members profile, posting tips on the hives, viewing profiles, sending messages, adding profiles to favorites, rating profiles, sending honey for liking the tip.
5. In the case of the member's breaching the regulations, his/her account will be deleted.
6. The website's owners shall not be liable for any thefts of accounts made by third persons, or for downloading pictures from www.flyzie.com and posting them on other websites or using in another way by third persons. The owners of flyzie.com cannot block copying photographs from the website.
7. Flyzie.com reserves the rights to use e-mails registered by its members in purpose of informing about news associated with our service.
PREMIUM ACCOUNT FOR BEESNESSES
1. Every "Beesness" has got rights to purchase Premium account for 1-month, 6-months, 12-months.
2. By purchasing Premium account you are enable to use funcionalities such as:
a. adding deals and receiving status "Sponsored" in search engine (usually on the top of the site)
b. deals will appear in our search engines and in the "Nearby deals" visible for members from the city that deals are at.
c. access to sending messages to flyzie.com Members
3. Purchasing Premium account is only available through www.paypal.com.
4. To be able to purchase Premium account you must register on www.paypal.com.
5. Paypal.com is one of the safest methods payments but flyzie.com does not take any responsibility for any problems during registration or transactions through paypal.com.
6. Once you have purchased Premium account ex. for 6-months, you will need to purchase Premium account again after when is expired only if you required. Flyzie.com does not take any payments automatically after Premium account expired.
PHOTOS
1. By uploading a picture to the flyzie.com website the member certifies that:
a. he/she has the rights and authorizations specified by law, which allow him/her to published the picture in the website.
2. The added picture may not exceed 5MB. If the picture is too large or too small it will automatically be rejected and the message will be shown to see what is wrong with the picture.
3. The member may add as 12 profile pictures and unlimited pictures to the albums
4. Website flyzie.com is in no way responsible for any unauthorized usage of the pictures posted in the website, by any third persons. The responsibility is solely on the member's part.
"BEE OF THE MONTH" AND "BEESNESS OF THE MONTH" TERMS OF USE
1. User: Bee who received the most amount of honey in the month (from the 1st to the 1st of each month) for the helpful tips and recommendations shared in the country hives will win flyzie trophy.
2. User: Beesness who received the most honey in the month (from the 1st to 1st of each month) for the business deals, sales, offers shared in the country hives will win flyzie trophy.
3. There are two seperate trophies: trophy for Bee and trophy for Beesness.
4. Only user who is on the top (1st place) of the Bee of the month or Beesness of the month will win flyzie trophy.
5. There can only be one winner. In the circumstances where many users: Bees or Beesnesses has 1st place due to the same amount of honey in the month, flyzie trophy will be picked out of the hat by flyzie Administrator.
6. Flyzie Administrator will message the users (winners) via flyzie.com messaging service about winning the trophy.
7. In order to receive flyzie trophy Administrator will ask Bee and Beesness for the name, surname and an address through flyzie e-mail address: admin(at)flyzie.com.
8. In importance of our Privacy policy the whole e-mail sent by the Bee and Beesness with personal details will be deleted straight after sending flyzie trophy to the User.
FLYZIE.COM MONTHLY PRIZES
1. To be able to collect monthly prize such as money you must provide us with an email address used in your www.paypal.com. Money can only be send to PayPal account.
2. Prizes given by our Sponsors such as voucher codes for services or products can only be collected through your email provided when signing up on flyzie.com.
3. Sponsors taking full responsibility for making sure that voucher codes are ligit and available to use on their website.
4. Flyzie.com does not take any responsibility when sponsor is not providing the prize that was offered.
5. Flyzie.com does not take any responsibility if voucher code is not working on the sponsor's website.
6. Flyzie.com allows Members to send message to us at admin(at)flyzie.com to tell us that Member did not receive the prize that was offered by a Sponsor. After proving that allegations are correct Sponsor will be removed from Flyzie.com.
REGULATIONS
1. Website flyzie.com reserves the right to change the stipulations of the regulations at any time, informing the website's users by indicating the date of the last change at the beginning of the Regulations' contents.
2. The Owners are not responsible for events and occurrences that can take or took place in real life between users acquainted through the www.flyzie.com.

6. Flyzie.com reserves the rights to transform and remove content, photos, profiles of members who do not comply with the above principles, those who violate the legal order, affect the rights of third parties or which may pose a threat to other subscribers and unregistered members.
7. Under this Agreement you are solely responsible for the published and send content.
8. It is forbidden to expose, distribute, any claimed copyright material, trademarks, or other legally protected information without the written consent of the owner.
11. Under this Agreement any signs of harassment of other members and subscribers of our service, or other activities prohibited by law is highly forbidden. In case of such situation the appropriate legal action will be taken.

13. Flyzie.com reserves the rights to remove the photographs, which do not represent the person registering or are blurred.
14. Under this Agreement you are solely responsible for the criminal and civil actions taken by yourself.
15. Profiles, which include a link to other websites will not be accepted by the administrator.
16. Under this Agreement flyzie.com does not bear any responsibility for the moral and physical losses resulting from the use of our services.
17. Flyzie.com does not take responsibility for any emotional or physical suffering, which you can experience by participating in our service.
18. The Member declares he/she has appropriate authorizations and rights to the materials posted no in the website, especially to pictures.
19. The member is fully liable for using the account.
20. Flyzie.com shall not be responsible for any inaccurate data in profiles.
21. The account of a member who does not abide by the regulations will be banned from the website or account will be deleted.
22. Flyzie.com does not reimburse for the whole, or a part of costs incurred by members in order to purchase a Premium account, in the case of gross breach of the regulations.
23. The administrators of www.flyzie.com may delete materials posted by the member, which do not conform to the regulations, without informing the member of this fact.
24. The owners of the www.flyzie.com website will make every effort in order for all the services made available in it work continuously without any interruptions. The owners shall not be liable for any interruptions caused by force majeure or forbidden interference of members or third persons.
25. Flyzie.com does not take any responsibility for any comments, messages, posts made by members that perhaps might offend someone. Every members has got rights to delete others comments on his/her own profile or world gallery pictures.
26. Every members has got rights to inform Flyzie.com administrator about any form of abuse on the website by clicking on ''Report abuse'' option which is placed by every post on the news feed, every members profile and world gallery pictures. Flyzie.com will investigate what happen and will take an action straigth away. Flyzie.com has got rights to delete members account with Premium account or without.
27. The Administrator has the right to temporarily disable the website completely or partially for the purpose of upgrading, adding new services or maintenance, without any prior information given to the Members.17. This Agreement was written and interpreted in accordance with English Law. By using our service you consequently agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts in all disputes arising or binding through usage of our service.
28. Website flyzie.com reserves the right to change the stipulations of the regulations at any time, informing the website's users by indicating the date of the last change at the beginning of the Regulations' contents.
29. The Owners are not responsible for events and occurrences that can take or took place in real life between users acquainted through the www.flyzie.com
30. Service does not take any responsibilities for any swearing, arguments and different opinions from members. Members account might be deleted or banned if member will not follow terms of use at www.flyzie.com or will receive a warning, depends on the situation.
31. Flyzie.com does not take any responsibilty for any missleading or inaccurate tips added by "Bees" or deals added by "Beesnesses".
32. Flyzie.com is allowed to put their own tips into the hives.
