Is Flyzie.com free of any charge? 

"Bees" account - all options and features are completely free of charge. 

"Beesnesses" account - setting up a profile and appearing in our search engines is completely free. Premium account is available for "Beesnesses" account, only if "Beesness" reguires to add their deals into the hives and appearing as "Sponsored beesness".

I cannot login although I put my correct e-mail and password to Login Panel. Why?

Once you submit your registration form the auto-generated e-mail with the activation link is sent to the e-mail address you provided in the form. Your account will be activated only when you click on this link to confirm your registration.

How can I add a photo to my profile?

To add photo to your profile you need to login to your account and go to ''My profile'' then select ''Edit profile'' and click on photo add icon.

I can't add any photo to my profile, what shall I do?

Attached photo cannot exceed 5MB in size (minimum size is: 500px x 500px). If your photo is too big or too small, system will reject it.

How can I add tip into the hive?

You need to login to your account and select the hive you want to fly to, click on the main button ''Add tip'' or ex. ''Add your travel tip'' directly from the feed and then type your tip content in the text field and click on the Share button. System will transfer you into the hive automatically when tip is added.

How can I add deals on your site?

You need to login to your "Beesness" account and and click on the icon depending on the type of your business ex. If you are a Hotel, click on the Hotel icon and then click on the "Add your ... tip" button. Then add important information and photo for your deal and click on the share button.

Can I delete my profile from Flyzie?

Yes, all you have to do is login to your account and go to "Settings" option, then click on ''Other options'' and select "Delete my account" tab. Please remember that once you deleted your account, all data will be deleted too. We don't recommend to use that option.

Why I have not received the activation link?

Please check your e-mail account settings. Some e-mail accounts will have a spam protection program, and will not accept auto-generated e-mails. If you have any problems please contact us at: admin(at)flyzie.com

How can I pay for Premium account?

You can purchase Premium account using any payment card accepted by www.paypal.com. We accept both debit and credit cards. The payments will be transferred through secure payment systems Paypal. You must have or register paypal.com account to be able to purchase Premium account on flyzie.com.

Are my card details safe on your site?

Yes, your card details are stored at www.paypal.com on very secure servers, protected with advanced security systems. Flyzie.com does not store any card details.
