I see many people going to the gym and staying on their phones instead. This is big no no no. I hate to see things like that. What is the point going to the gym. Might as well just stay at home and do what you have to do on the phone. Plus you blocking some equipment for people that really want to train 😖

Believe it or not but you will save more money if dont go for shopping when you are hungry. Its proven that when your tummy is rumbling you will buy more treats and snacks therefore spending more money 😉

I use to love fishing and I always remember that my father use to say to me to stay quite while fishing as this might startle the fish. Im not the expert but I think its important 🎣
