There are certain rules when are using a Tube in London. Especially in a busy hours so pretty much all the time 😆 On the roads you drive on the left in the UK, but on the Tube escalators you must stand on the right as the left is reserved for those walking up. If you don’t, you may be faced with a grumpy people 🤨 who asks you to move lol. I know it sounds bad but Tube is something you have to tick off while you in London 😀🤩🤗

I think everyone had this problem while making breakfast. When you trying to do fried or scrambled egg and the shell brakes and went into the cooking pan. Then we are trying to get it out with spoon and its so hard lol so just try to use a broken shell as a scoop and take it out nice and easy. It worked for me so hopefully it will do for you too.

Best protein powders on the market in my opinion are: Gold standard and Synta 6. Expensive but great flavours and they dont make you feel bloated which in my case is very important. Still fully recommend to use natural protein source such as chicken, fish etc. Hope that help :d
